 PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

  • PAYMENT DUE UPON COMPLETION OF WORK.

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT  POST-DATED CHECKS.  THERE IS A $40 FEE FOR BAD CHECKS.

  • NO OPEN ACCOUNT BILLING.

  • CASH OR LOCAL CHECK ONLY.   CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED WITH 3% SURCHARGE.

 

WE ONLY DEAL WITH THE CURRENT HOMEOWNER!!!!! 

 

Third party payers such as remodeling contractors, real estate agents, property managers, insurance companies, previous owners, ex-spouses, and the like must settle up with our customer prior to commencement of the repair.  Absolutely NO exceptions!!!

 

TRIP CHARGES

 

Trip charges will apply for additional consultation with insurance adjusters, missed appointments, general contractors, painters, meet with real estate agents, etc.

 

DEPOSITS REQUIRED

 

Jobs which require bevels (custom or standard), tempered or colored glass, or those which require shop repairs will require a deposit of 50% of the estimate.

 

DISCLAIMERS

 

Minor damage may occur to door, trim, jambs, locksets, other glass, flooring, walls, or other items. We will use all reasonable precautions and exercise due care, but homeowner assumes all risk. Curved trim stops on oval windows or radiused panels are extremely fragile, and frequently break during removal.  We assume no liability for repair or replacement of stops, or for refinishing wood surfaces.

Panels that are incorrectly installed in the door or building with an adhesive similar to “Liquid Nails” will be removed on a best efforts basis.  Additional charges likely will be incurred, and a risk of additional glass breakage exists.

 

SAFETY

 

Small children must be kept out of the work area, and pets must be confined.  Small particles of glass may be on the floor, and we work with very hot tools and sharp objects.
