With his specialty of repair and restoration, he receives referrals from local stained glass studios, commercial glaziers, door manufacturers, and lots of word-of-mouth.
Don finds the repair and restoration of leaded glass windows to be a challenge, not unlike making pieces for a jigsaw puzzle. This painstaking process often requires many trial fittings and reshaping of a new piece of glass in order to make it fit perfectly into the panel.
